Immunisation of domestic and farm animals is carried out by the Veterinary Services Department of Ministry of Agric. Services are provided through their clinics and offices located at Calabar, Akpabuyo, Odukpani, Akamkpa, Ugep, Appiapum, Ikom, Ogoja, and Obudu.

Immunisation is provided to all animals at vet clinics on weekdays except on public holidays. For large farm animals, veterinary technicians visit farms on Saturdays and Sundays to administer Immunisation. Visits made on request by farmers and herds men attract fees as outlined in the published tariff list.

Immunisation of pet animals attracts a fee as published in the approved tariff list published by the Ministry.
