How do I register in the State Library
The State Library is located along the Murtala Mohammed Highway beside the U.J. Esuene Stadium.
To register at this or other government libraries you are required to provide the following:
• The names and contact details of two referees
• A passport sized photograph
• And a registration fee as published on the notice board of the State Library
